1 pkg. family size lemon or orange Jell-O, dissolved in 4 c. hot water
1 c. marshmallows
3 diced bananas
1 can chunk pineapple, drained

When Jell-O has set up and firmed, layer the top of Jell-O with marshmallows, bananas and pineapple.

1 can pineapple juice (from drained pineapple)
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 Tbsp. flour
1 small carton sour cream

Boil pineapple juice, sugar and egg until thick. When very cold, add sour cream. Mix well and spread over salad.
