1 lb. chopped dates
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. chopped pecans

Cook on medium heat until mushy. Add pecans and spread on Ritz crackers.

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix icing ingredients and spread on top of mixture on crackers. Store in tight container in refrigerator.
