CHERRY WHIPPED CREAM PARFAIT

ingredients

1 c. whipping cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can cherry pie filling

preparation

Whip whipping cream with sugar, vanilla, and salt. Fold in sour cream. Alternate layers of cherry pie filling and whipped cream mixture in parfait glasses. Chill. Serves 8 to 10.
