2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 cans Hormel Chili with beans
1 pkg. (2 cups) shredded cheddar cheese

Spread cream cheese in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with chili and cover with shredded cheese. Put in a 350° oven and bake until cheese is melted. Serve with Tostado chips or large corn chips.
