CHIP BEEF CHRISTMAS DIP
(Or Anytime)

ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 bunch green onions (stems and all)
garlic powder to taste
jar chopped beef or 1 pkg. Buddig (or other brand) beef, ham or pastrami, cut into small pieces

preparation

Rinse onions and pat them dry with paper towel. Chop into small pieces. Combine other ingredients and mix well. May be served right away or refrigerated several hours.

Good with vegetables or crackers.
