In a medium mixing bowl combine orange sections, pineapple, strawberries or grapes and apple. Toss lightly to mix. In small bowl stir together yogurt, poppy seed and reserved pineapple juice. To Serve: Line salad plates with the lettuce leaves. Arrange fruit mixture on lettuce and drizzle dressing over fruit. Makes 5 or 6 servings. Per Serving: 101 Calories, 1 g. Fat, 1 mg. Cholesterol and 18 mg. Sodium. |
