3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick margarine
1 row Ritz crackers


Cook broccoli per directions on package. Drain thoroughly. Place in 2-quart casserole dish. Melt 1/2 stick of margarine with Velveeta cheese. Pour Velveeta mixture on top of broccoli. Crush Ritz crackers with rolling pin to bread crumb consistency. Pour crackers on top of cheese. Top crackers with 1/2 stick of melted margarine. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
