SAUSAGE AND POTATO SOUP
8 oz. reduced-fat sausage1 onion, chopped2 c. water1 can fat-free chicken broth2 c. 1% or skim milk1 can Healthy Request cream of celery and cream of mushroom soup16 oz. frozen hash browns
Brown sausage and onion. Put in soup pot. Add hash browns, water and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add milk and soups. Makes 11 cups.
