8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 chopped green onion
3 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 tbsp. catsup
3 hard boiled eggs, grated
3/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
dash accent

Mix and refrigerate the day before serving. I just use one whole jar of pimientos and drain them on a paper towel.
