preparation
In medium-size bowl, blend salmon, cream cheese, onions, lemon juice, horseradish, pickle relish and salt. Wrap in wax paper and form into ball. Chill until firm, about 1 hour. Mix parsley and walnuts together. Pat into salmon ball to garnish. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with crackers. Makes 1 large ball (about 2 cups). |
