8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. chopped dry roasted peanuts

Mix together the above ingredients and chill until time to serve.

Slice Delicious apples, red and yellow. Dip into lemon juice or fruit fresh and store in air tight container until serving time.
