HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
3 lb. hamburger2 cans tomato soup enough mashed potatoes to cover casserole (can be instant or homemade)2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
Fry hamburger all together. Stir while cooking. Drain. In casserole dish, stir meat, corn and soup together. Layer mashed potatoes on top. Be careful not to mix with meat, corn and soup. Heat until potatoes are brown on top.
