EASY COBBLER


ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
32 oz. can fruit (For cobbler)
1 stick margarine or butter

preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. Use oblong baking dish. Melt butter in baking dish. While still hot, pour fruit for cobbler into hot butter. Mix flour, sugar and milk; mix well and pour over fruit. Bake until golden brown.

Attention: Can use any kind of fruit, apple, peach, rhubarb, etc.
