CHAR SIU PORK
1 lb. Boston butt1 tsp. salt4 tsp. sugar5 Tbsp. red char siu sauce1/4 tsp. allspice1 tsp. liquor1 Tbsp. shoyu sauce
Cut pork butt into 1 1/2-inch strips. Combine all ingredients and soak overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour in an open pan. When cooking, pour sauce into pan and cook.
