Mix altogether with a spoon. Take fork and pierce the bottom of both pie crusts. Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Place crusts in oven. Don't let them brown at all. Just until air is out. Then pour mixture in pie crusts. Cover the edges of pie crust with tin foil. Cook for 30 minutes, or until done. Don't over cook. You can also add 1/2 c. pecans or 1/2 c. coconut. |
