HOMEMADE SALAD DRESSING
(Especially For Potato Salad)

ingredients

1 c. egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

preparation

Place all in top of double boiler and beat until smooth. Cool thoroughly and put in a glass jar. Refrigerate after cooling and it keeps for several weeks. Good also on macaroni salads.
