2 Granny Smith apples, cut into 6 slices each
1 c. cream cheese (strawberry is good)
1/2 lb. ham slices, cut to apple slice size

Slice apples into 6 (maybe 8) slices. Spread some cream cheese on each, then wrap with ham slice. Serves 12.
