CROCK POT HAMBURGER STEW


ingredients

3 large potatoes, diced
4 medium carrots, sliced
1 (10 oz.) package frozen peas
onions to your liking
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
2 stalks celery, diced
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 oz.) can water

preparation

Place layers of vegetables, in the order given, in the crock pot. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Put the browned ground beef on top of the celery. Mix the tomato soup with the water and pour over this. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. You can cook on high for 2 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
