2 (17 oz.) cans Festal midget peas (drained)
1 c. sliced green onions and tops
1 c. sliced red radishes
2 c. sliced celery
2 c. shredded carrots
2 c. fresh cauliflower florets

Mix together.

1/3 c. salad oil
2/3 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix well till sugar dissolves. Mix with vegetable mixture. Marinate 24 hours or longer and drain before serving.

Note: 1/2 of the recipe makes a lot for 2 to 4 persons.
