POPPY SEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE


ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
3/4 row Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted

preparation

Boil chicken and then chop into small pieces. Mix chicken, sour cream and mushroom soup. Spread mixture in casserole dish. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter. Top chicken mixture with buttered cracker crumbs. Sprinkle top with poppy seeds. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
