PEACH, BLUEBERRY OR BLACKBERRY CRISP


ingredients

1 pkg. (pt. or more) berries or peaches
1 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
oleo

preparation

Place berries or peaches in long baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and dot liberally with oleo. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and egg until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over fruit. Bake 45 minutes or until brown on top in 350° oven.
