TORTILLA SOUP(Large Recipe)
100 oz. chicken broth4 c. cooked chicken, cubed or shredded2 c. sliced onions2 c. shredded carrots2 cans Ro-Tel or you can use 2 c. your favorite hot sauce
Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Serve with grated Cheddar cheese, sour cream, black olives, chopped tomatoes or garnish how you choose. Also serve with corn chips or our favorite flour tortillas fried on griddle.
