CRANBERRY-ORANGE-PEAR RELISH
2 small oranges, peeled or unpeeled1 firm pear1 lb. fresh cranberries1 1/4 c. sugar1/2 c. pecans (bits)
Quarter oranges and discard center pith and seeds. Quarter pear and discard center core and seeds. Pick over cranberries; rinse. Put oranges, pear and cranberries through a food chopper. Add sugar and mix well. Chill at least 1 hour.
