CRANBERRY-ORANGE-PEAR RELISH


ingredients

2 small oranges, peeled or unpeeled
1 firm pear
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans (bits)

preparation

Quarter oranges and discard center pith and seeds. Quarter pear and discard center core and seeds. Pick over cranberries; rinse. Put oranges, pear and cranberries through a food chopper. Add sugar and mix well. Chill at least 1 hour.
