CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE


ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine, cooled
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
ice cream, whipped cream or whipped topping

preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients and pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. If baked earlier in the day, reheat for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream, whipped cream or whipped topping. Yields one 9-inch pie.
