Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Dissolve cherry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water; add drained pineapple juice. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water. Pour into hot gelatin mix and stir. Add sugar. While cooling, grind cranberries, grind orange, chop celery and pecans; stir into gelatin mix, along with crushed pineapple. Chill until mixture sets. Can be molded or put into a serving dish. |
