2 lbs. white candy coating, cut into small chunks
1/2 lb. crushed candy canes or crushed peppermint candies

Melt candy coating over medium low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in peppermint candy. Spread on waxed paper lined baking sheets; refrigerate for 8 to 10 minutes. Break into small pieces; store in an airtight container.
