PINK DESSERT
1 #2 can crushed pineapple1 6 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello1/2 c. sugar1 1/2 c. water1 lb. small curd cottage cheese1 8 oz. Cool Whip
Put pineapple with juice, sugar, water and dry Jello in pan. Bring to a good boil. Cool. When partially set, add cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Mix well. Refrigerate.
