rye or sourdough bread
roast beef, sliced thin from the deli (garlic roast beef is great)
Swiss cheese
mayonnaise
spicy mustard or horseradish

Mix equal parts mayonnaise with spicy mustard or horseradish. Spread this mixture on inside of bread. Add meat and cheese. Butter outside of bread and grill as you would a grilled cheese sandwich.
