3 sticks cinnamon
1/4 c. whole cloves
peel one orange
2 bay leaves
2 lemon wedges
1 quart water

Combine spices and fruit with water in sauce pan or crockpot. Bring to a boil and simmer. Check hourly; add water as needed.
