1 Tbsp. fennel seed
1 Tbsp. dried savory
1 Tbsp. dried marjoram
1 Tbsp. dried thyme
1 Tbsp. rubbed sage

Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Use to sprinkle over fish or chicken and cook as desired.
