OIL AND GARLIC SAUCE FOR PASTA
ingredients
4 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 c. olive oil 1/2 c. water 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley 1/4 tsp. pepper

preparation
Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Add water, parsley and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta; add 1/4 to 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Toss well. |
