B.B.Q. CHICKEN SAUCE
1/2 pt. Crisco Oil1 pt. Vinegar1/2 pt. V8 Juice1 bottle Kraft BBQ Char-Grill Sauce1 small bottle Texas Pete Hot Sauce4 tsp. Salt1 tsp. Pepper1/2 tsp. Onion Salt1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt3 tsp. Poultry Seasoning1 qt. Water
Mix all ingredients. Pour over raw chicken and marinate. Best if grilled over an open-pit fire, but can be used for baked chicken with oven at 375.
Makes enough sauce for 10 halves of chicken.
