       Note:  Use a buttered baking sheet.       Slit frankfurters lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through.  Place stick of Swiss cheese in each.  Cut each biscuit into 4 quarters.  Shape into rectangle, 4 x 3/4 inch.  Wrap around cheese-stuffed frankfurter, moistening ends of dough with water and overlapping on bottom.  Brush tops with melted butter; sprinkle with sesame seed.  Bake 5 to 7 minutes in 500° oven (preheated). Serve immediately.  May be assembled ahead of time, covered and stored in refrigerator as long as 3 hours before baking.  Yields 40. |
