SPICY BEEF AND CABBAGE(8 Carbs/Serving)
1/4 lb. beef or turkey sausage1 lb. ground beef1/2 c. onion, chopped2/3 lb. chopped tomatoes1/4 c. tomato sauce5 Brothers tomato alfredo1 1/2 tsp. chili powder1 tsp. garlic powder dash of red pepper flakes2 c. shredded cabbage
In a large Dutch oven, brown sausage, beef and onion; drain well. Add the remaining ingredients, except cabbage; mix well. Stir in the cabbage and simmer 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Serves 4.
