AUNT ANNIE'S RELISH PICKLES
12 large cucumbers4 green peppers4 red peppers4 large onions1 qt. vinegar5 c. sugar1 heaping tsp. salt3 tsp. turmeric4 tsp. celery seed4 tsp. mustard seed
Grind cukes, peppers and onions. Add 1 quart water; boil for 15 minutes. Drain. Add vinegar, sugar, salt, seed and turmeric. Cook for 30 minutes. Put in jars and seal while hot.
