Cook noodles according to package directions. Melt butter and stir in flour. Add milk. Cook quickly, stirring constantly, until mixture bubbles and thickens. Stir in horseradish, salt, mustard and pepper. Add thawed peas and the noodles. Turn into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Slice corned beef into 6 slices and arrange over mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 5. |
