ZESTY POTATO SALAD
5 lb. bag potatoes (for large group)3 Tbsp. (large) mayonnaise (approximately)1 Tbsp. mustard pickle relish diced onions or scallions salt and pepper celery salt (optional)1/4 to 1/2 c. Italian dressing
Boil the potatoes. Let cool, peel and dice in small chunks. Add the remaining ingredients to taste.
