BAKED APPLE MACARONI


ingredients

2 c. macaroni, cooked until partially tender
2 to 3 c. apples, sliced
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. sugar
half and half
cinnamon to taste

preparation

Alternate macaroni and apples in layers in baking dish. Combine cream and sugar and pour over macaroni and apples. Pour half and half over macaroni and apples until they are covered. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 325° until tender (about 30 minutes). This dish can be used for breakfast, lunch or supper.
