preparation
Mix 3 cups of peaches (or other fruit) with 3/4 cup of sugar. Melt stick of butter in pan. Mix flour, 1 c. sugar and milk and pour over melted butter. Do not stir. Spoon fruit on top of mixture. Do not stir. Bake for 40 minutes at 325° in pyrex pan or 350° in aluminum pan. When done, fruit will be on the bottom. |
