3 lb. ground beef
4 oz. chopped onion
1 or 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
5 lb. bread dough
1 lb. 4 oz. shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat, add onions. Mix Worcestershire sauce, catsup and chili powder with meat. Salt and pepper to taste.

Roll 2 1/2 pounds bread dough out to cover bottom of 18 x 26-inch pan. Spread meat mixture, then layer on cheese. Roll out and top with remaining 2 1/2 pounds of bread dough. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
