ORIENTAL SOUP
1 qt. chicken broth1/2 c. bamboo shoots in thin strips2 oz. cooked shrimp1/2 lb. cooked lean pork, cut into thin strips2 oz. chicken, cooked and cut into thin strips1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. black pepper1/4 tsp. soy sauce
Heat broth. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes, until ingredients are hot.
