CRANBERRY RELISH


ingredients

1 pkg. fresh cranberries (available around Thanksgiving)
2 oranges (peel only one)
2 apples (skins optional)
1 c. sugar

preparation

Put oranges, apples (washed and cut into sections and seeds taken out) through food grinder. Grind up cranberries; add to apples and oranges. Add the sugar. Stir and chill 6 to 8 hours, in refrigerator.
