SPICY CAJUN CHICKEN PESTO
1 1/2 lb. chicken breast, cut in pieces or strips1 jar (16 oz.) alfredo sauce1 jar (3.5 oz. or larger) pesto1 Tbsp. or more Cajun spices8 to 10 oz. mostaccioli noodles
In skillet with small amount of canola oil, cook chicken. While cooking, add Cajun spices. In bowl, mix alfredo sauce and pesto sauce. Cook mostaccioli as directed. Combine all ingredients in large pan and heat.
