HUNGRY JACK BEEF CASSEROLE
1 lb. ground beef1 tsp. salt1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans3/4 c. barbecue sauce2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 Tbsp. onion, minced1 can Hungry Jack biscuits (10 count)1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375°. Brown beef. Stir in next 5 ingredients and heat until bubbly. Pour in 2-quart casserole. Cut biscuits in half to form 20 half circles. Place cut side down around edge of casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
