1/2 c. flaked cooked fish
1/4 c. light cream
butter
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Place fish and cream in shallow individual baking dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in a hot oven (400°) for 10 minutes. Serves 1.
