BEEF STROGANOFF - QUICK AND EASY
1 lb. beef1 Tbsp. hot shortening chopped onion to taste chopped garlic to taste1 can mushroom soup1 (3 oz.) can undrained mushroom pieces2 Tbsp. ketchup2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce8 oz. sour cream
Cut beef in 1-inch strips. Brown in hot shortening. Add chopped onion and garlic. Lightly season beef. Stir in soup and mushroom pieces. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and sour cream. Heat, but do not boil. Serve over noodles.
