BAKED CHICKEN OR SWISS STEAK
6 chicken breasts, skinned herbed tomato sauce (approximately 16 oz.)2 (6 oz.) jars artichoke hearts with the liquid grated Mozzarella cheese, sprinkled on top of each piece at the end of baking time and melted
May also use for Swiss steak. Use round steak or chicken fry. Roll in flour and brown. Cover with sauce. May also add sliced onion. Use 9 x 12 Pyrex baking dish. Bake 1 hour in oven at 350°.
