MEAT LOAF
3 lb. ground beef2 lb. ground pork or sausage (mild, hot, medium, to your liking)4 eggs, beaten1 1/2 c. carrots, ground or grated2 c. milk1 1/2 tsp. pepper2 c. cracker crumbs1 large onion2 Tbsp. salt
Mix well. Form into loaves; pour tomato over each loaf. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Feeds 8 cowboys or 10 city slickers.
