HOT CHEESY SEAFOOD DIP


ingredients

1 lb. jalapeno process cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. margarine
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can small shrimp or crab meat
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
chopped green onions with tops

preparation

Combine jalapeno process cheese, cream cheese and margarine in top of double boiler. Bring water to boil and reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring frequently, until cheese melts. Stir in shrimp or crab meat and green chilies. Put mixture in chafing dish and sprinkle with onion tops. Serve warm with tortilla chips or your favorite crackers. Yields 4 cups.
