BAKED FISH AND GRAVY
(Catfish or Trout)
ingredients
1 large fish
1 large can milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 boiled eggs, chopped

preparation
Mix. Pour over fish in pan. Let simmer about 15 minutes. For more gravy, double recipe. Serve over cooked rice. Very good. |
